There is no paid product here yet. When there is, it will be a printable offline reference rather than a gate: everything currently published stays free to read, in full, without an email address.
In the meantime the closest thing to it already exists and costs nothing. The printable shopping list puts all three diagnostic kits on one page with live prices and a running total per kit, and it never goes stale the way a downloaded document does.

No, and nothing is planned to be. Every trouble code page, every decision tool and all three complete kit lists are free to read in full. A paid download, if and when it exists, will be a convenience for people who want the reference offline rather than a gate on anything already published.
What would a paid kit contain?
A printable reference: the code severity and drive-safety table, the fuel trim patterns and what each indicates, readiness monitor behaviour, and the kit shopping lists with their capability reasoning. All of it derived from what is already on the site, arranged for use in a driveway rather than on a screen.
